Returns
Merchandise may be returned for a full refund of the original form of payment or customer provided account information up to 7 days from the date received as long as it has not been used. All merchandise must be returned in the original selling condition and include the original product packaging, labels, and instructions.
If you would like to return the merchandise, please send the return product to: Andis Taiwan 1F., No. 40, Jianmin Rd., Beitou Dist., Taipei City 11278, Taiwan (R.O.C.)
After we inspect the merchandise to be in new and unused condition, our team will contact you via phone call or email to ask for your refund account information.
Please allow up to 3 business days from when we receive the items for your account to be refunded with the original price of the return product and the shipping cost. All merchandise returned must have prior approval from Andis Taiwan, must be shipped in the original shipping container and must be insured against damage.
Exchanges
Exchanges for other items are not available at this time. In order to exchange for another item, the item must be returned and refunded and a new order must be placed for the desired item.
